4 rounds of 10 x 30 second efforts back to back followed with a 60 second rest period.
The introduction and timer cues notifies you when completed your efforts and when to restart after your rest.
A 60 second count down rest period is given after your 10 x 30 second efforts, notifying you when 45, 30 and 15 seconds are left before the start of the next round.
